Returns Policy
We have a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@masterwoodpanel.nl . Please note: returns should be sent to the following address: Rietwijkeroordweg 22 Dok 15, 1432JE Aalsmeer
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that may not be returned
We do not accept returns on samples. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.

How can I order a wall panel?
Found the right product? Perfect! You are just a few clicks away from having your order delivered to your home or ready for pickup.
Place the selected items in your shopping cart and then go to your shopping cart to check your order. Is everything correct? Then choose "Continue to checkout".
Now fill in your billing information. Now choose the desired shipping method. You have the choice to have your order delivered to an address of your choice.
Then select your preferred payment method. There are several options available, including iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact and PayPal.
Finally, check all the data entered. If everything is filled in correctly, place the order.
Can I also place an order by telephone?
Telephone orders are not accepted. If you want to receive a quote or place an order on invoice, please send an e-mail with your request and all necessary information to our Customer Service. You can contact our Customer Service by e-mail at info@masterwoodpanel.nl.
I want to change my order, is that possible?
If you want to make changes to your current order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@masterwoodpanel.nl.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will adjust it for you immediately. However, if your order has already left our warehouse, you have the option to place an additional order or return the remaining items.
Can I also view the products?
At the moment we do not have a showroom available. However, you can order a sample to get your hands on the product and get a better idea of our quality products.
